Custom Mold Order Request

This is to reserve a spot in the customs queue, and pay a non-refundable deposit for customs work that needs to be completed.

Customs can be up to a 6-8 week lead time.  

The price reflects the cost of a standard mold.   Molds that are larger will be subject to additional costs. 

Before purchasing, please contact us to find out how long you will have to wait for your design to be complete.  Please note, that once design is complete, the mold will be printed and tested before shipping.  When testing if we notice any issues, we will tweak and reprint your mold.  Once it passes testing, we will ship it to you. 

All custom molds are non-refundable. 

Current wait time is 7 - 8 weeks for all custom orders, from the time of order to the day we ship.  However, some customs can take up to 8 - 10 weeks.   We work on hundreds of designs and customs require design time, printing time and testing time.  Some molds may need to be reprinted several times before they function properly.   

Please note, we have added a priority processing to the custom order to pull you up in the queue, but it is dependent on where we are at with designs.

Custom orders take many hours to design, printing time which means our printer is busy with your custom and not normal orders,  so please be patient with us.
